Your Account
Create your C27 customer account, click on the user icon at the top right and then on « No account? Create one here ». Afterwards, let us guide you to fill in the form.
Log in to your C27 customer account, click on the user icon at the top right. Fill in your email address and password, then click on « Save ».
Change your C27 password, log out then click on « Forgot your password? ». Enter the email address you used to create your account and click on « Send reset link ».
If you forgot your password, go to the login interface by clicking on the user icon at the top right of the screen, then click on « Forgot your password? ». Fill in the email address you used to create your account and click on « Send reset link »
Modify the email address linked to your account, click on the user icon at the top right of the screen and go to « my account ».
Have access to your invoices, log in to your C27 customer account, and then click on the « Order history and details » menu. You will find in this section all the orders placed since the creation of your account.
If you want to delete your C27 customer account, send us a request via our contact form. We will do it for you.
You can subscribe to the newsletter when you create your C27 customer account by checking the box « Sign up for our newsletter » or by directly entering your email address in the « Newsletter » tab at the bottom of the home page.
If you do not wish to receive any more information from us, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter. To do this, an unsubscribe link is at the bottom of each newsletter.
From your first purchase, you are eligible for this loyalty program.
Your Privilege account is automatically created and you can access it on your personal account space. You will also receive an email when you activate your program.
Each time you make a purchase, you will earn loyalty points:
1€ spent = 10 loyalty points
100 loyalty points = 10€ to spend
Validation of loyalty points after 14 days.
Points can be used with each order (100€ min).
Each status is valid for 12 months, after which it automatically expires if no purchase is made during that period.

Register for the C27 referral program, log in to you customer account and go to the “Referral” section. In this section, you will be offered several ways to sponsor your friend(s). Choose the one that suits you the best.
