Kombucha is a traditional Slavic drink prepared by fermenting sweetened fruit juice or milk with kefir grains, rich in lactic acid bacteria and yeast. In addition to its tea base, kombucha is an important source of flavonoids, powerful antioxidants that help fight free radicals and protect cells from external damage, thus delaying skin aging.
