Place and track my order

After adding the products you wish to order to the shopping cart, click on the "Bag" icon at the top right of the screen, then on "Proceed to checkout". Fill in your information and choose the payment method you wish to use.

Cancel your order before it is shipped, make a request via our contact form.

Modify your cart, click on the "Bag" icon at the top right of the screen, then click on "Cart". You can change the quantities or delete certain products. By clicking on "Continue Shopping”, you will return to the home page of the website and you can add new products to your cart.

Use a promotional code, click on the "Bag" icon at the top right of the screen, then on "Proceed to Checkout" and "Have a promo code?". Then, enter your code in the "promo code" box. 

When ordering on C27, different payment methods are available to pay for your order: credit card, PayPal, payment in installments with Stripe or the 3-month subscription payment for Baume 27 and Baume 27 Light Cream.

Payment by card:

Cosmetics 27 has a secure payment method: Systempay, to ensure the authenticity of the payment.

It is a procedure for authenticating the credit card holder, which ensures that it is you who makes the payment on the Internet, to avoid any attempt at fraud.

Systempay meets regular banking regulatory requirements.

PayPal Payment:

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order using this payment solution.

How does it work?

- When you validate the order, select PayPal to pay
- You are redirected to your PayPal account
- Log in and validate the payment
