Return policy

You have a period of 14 working days to use your right of withdrawal if you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered. This period runs from the day of delivery of the order. 

If you want to return your order, please send an email with the subject "RETURN ORDER" to contact@cosmetics27.com. Please include your order number, the product(s) returned and the reason for the return. We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know how to proceed.

Please note that the product(s) must be returned in its (their) original packaging and cannot have been opened beforehand.
